With purchase, you understand that you are making a reservation. For a possible refund, reservations must be canceled at least 2 weeks before tour date.
Once all tickets are purchased, we will attempt to sell your ticket(s) if we have a waitlist. Once purchased you then would receive a refund.
Tickets are transferable to friends or family members.
Once 35 people have signed up and the 35 minimum requirement is met, you will be notified that payment is now due to secure your seat.
Payment is due within 5 days of being notified.
No shows will not be refunded.
We do not call or send out reminders of tours.
Canceled Tours:
If a tour is canceled you will be called and offered a refund or a rebooking with a new date with a new voucher.
